My testimonial on this particular order somewhat contradicts the testimonial on my previous order. On my last order, I was pleasantly surprised by the care taken on the shipment of the product. My previous order was a roll starch paper, that looked identical to the A4 size paper rolls, and the packaging had no warning of it being a fragile object (which it is). Good service

I ordered starch paper. The item looks like normal paper but it is in fact a very fragile paper made out of starch. They are extremely light and highly sensitive to moisture. Improper handling can easily produce tears, and any kind of damage to the paper would render it useless. But I was impressed with the care taken with the item. For item that could easily be confused with paper, the care taken on the shipment was extraordinary.

harilo not keeping up with the pace

Lately, I have noticed that Harilo has been rather slow responding to quotes and queries. I had to wait a lot to get response to queries made on item that was already paid for. Adding to the 'slowness' Harilo placed my order for Nexus 7 two days after I had made the payment.

I am going to place some more orders very soon, hoping to see improvement in their service.
