Good service overall. Friendly team. Excellent office location with pleasant work atmosphere. Timely notifications and support system. There could perhaps be a notification icon, may be something similar to Facebook, maybe near "My Account" link, so that once signing in to Harilo, we wouldn't have to check the Item page every time to see if any message had been left there.
