Prior to being a co-founder of Harilo Inc, Kim brings over 14 years of business experience in the real estate market. She specialized in systems implementation, customer contact management, marketing and closings.

Originally from Portland Maine, she has a BA in Economics and now splits her time between Kathmandu, Nepal and Tampa, Florida.

A shopping fiend who happens to have a PhD in Controls Engineering (Haptics/Robotics and Earthquake resistant buildings) and a minor in Math (numerics). He is an alumnus of Georgia Tech, MIT, and Berkeley and enjoys creating as well as consuming technology and solving interesting logistics problems. Enabling true online shopping from Nepal might just be the mother of all logistics problems so of course he had to be involved.

He single handedly coded Harilo from scratch on a dinky netbook because his Thinkpad broke (and no one in KTM could fix it) and in spite of all the power outages and internet downtimes and is very proud of it! For his next project he looks forward to coding with his hands tied behind his back and typing with his nose.

Former Hot Air Balloon Pilot for 25 years & now semi-retired, living in Florida, where the weather is warm & the sun shines! What a change from the Northeast of the US. I love building and fixing things, I have built experimental hot air balloons, a small sailboat, and countless home improvement projects.

For many years, Paul has managed a Pack and Mail in sunny Florida.
