Freezes every couple of shots (the shutter locks up) and generates a black picture instead of a photograph. Have to turn it off and back on.

Camera body not very ergonomic to hold. You have to depend on the hand that handles the lens to take almost all of the weight. But I knew that was coming before I bought it.

Provided lens is very workable as a primary lens, unlike some other reviews.

Okay build quality. Would have liked a screw cap kind of lens cover, instead of the one provided.

A bit limited options for a dSLR.
