I got this item because I have a TFCC tear on my left wrist making it very hard to do any exercises. And I am very pleased as to how it turned out. The Velcro straps make it easy to change the tightness of the band according to the type of exercises required on the go, the design is simple and the whole thing just feels pretty good overall.

I give this a 9/10 because I was getting pretty tired of looking like big poppa pump, with my right arm bigger than my left, lol.

The lights are bright enough to make out during the day though the main flash of wearing the watch is when it's dark. It looks very nice, and has some weight to it.
